The Harbour County is a working portfolio of writing by William Justin Hill. Justin Hill grew up along the creek beds of West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University’s School of Journalism, studied creative writing at Temple University and has an Associate of Arts in creative writing. He currently resides in Austin, Texas. His writing has been published by Fairweather Skateboards, Theoriesofatlantis.com, SkateJawn.com and the literary journals Forty Ounce Bachelors and Rio Review.
